OUR STRATEGY
PRAY
We believe prayer is important to the life of a church, and will develop teams of people to faithfully pray for one another and issues of spiritual need.  James 5:16b The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

PLAN
Our various Ministry Teams provide a venue for individuals to use their
gifts in planning for ministries the church will engage.  Psalm 37:23a The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,

PREPARE
As different ministries are planned, individual members are encouraged to join in preparation for that specific ministry.  Ezra 7:10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel.

PROMOTE
Since we live in an age of information, we believe good promotion and communication is imperative to the success of any ministry to the community. We are continually seeking new ways to spread the Good news of Jesus Christ.  Acts 13:49 And the word of the Lord was being spread throughout all the region.

PARTICIPATE
We believe ministry activity should be joined by all the believers in our church, and encourage each one to discover where God would have them serve.  1Cor 12:7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.

Our strategy is designed to be flexible enough to be applied to any kind of ministry we may attempt for Christ, and to provide a place for every member to serve.
