The Judea Project
Acts 1:8) "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
With these last words of Jesus to His disciples, the task for the church was permanently defined… to be witnesses.
At Heritage Bible Church, we believe the task of Acts 1:8 stands unfinished, and are committed to the task. In an attempt to complete the task given to us by Christ, we've identified 4 areas of witness that correspond to those in Acts 1:8. The Judea Project is our witness to our Judea. Our goal is to be involved, whether by leadership or assistance to the establishing of 20 autonomous IFCA churches in our Judea by the year 2030.
Heritage Bible Church was established in 2004 to be a Bible teaching church with purpose. Our vision is to be a church where sinners become believers and believers are surrendered to God's plan for their lives.
The Judea Project is our strategy to put action to that vision. In the first stage, 10 churches will be established. In the second stage, those 10 churches will assist with the establishment of the second 10 churches.
